Nutrition is one of the most important things, if not the most important when it comes to fat loss, muscle building and strength. I believe in an approach in which we focus on a lifestyle change and not having to ban favourite foods.
Education & Support
Education is key to long term success. This is why all my clients learn the hows and whys of their programming. Support is also important, all clients have access to me 24/7 and I do my best to respond to any questions or concerns asap.
